International shipping

Returns & Damaged Goods
I take great care in ensuring that each piece of pottery is carefully packaged and shipped to you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately upon receipt, and I will gladly replace the piece at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Please be sure to keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage for reference. Once I’ve received the necessary information, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as quickly as possible.
You have 10 days to contact me about a damaged item.

Exchanges
If, upon receiving your pottery, you find that the color or style doesn’t quite meet your expectations, I’m happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal value. Please note that the client is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original condition. Once I receive the returned piece, I’ll promptly send out a replacement that better suits your preferences.
